Each home is unique and includes features specific to that property. We take pride that each Inspection Report is custom tailored for your specific needs as a buyer, seller or current homeowner.
Reports are digital format and delivered within 24 hours.
HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE?
Full Inspections typically, around 2–3 hours. This can vary based on the size of the home and how accessible the mechanical systems are. We walk through the property with you in person and answer any questions you have before we leave.
We also offer a Home Assessment which is a shortened 30-60 minute walkthrough with Home Buyers before they make an offer to purchase.
The report is then created offsite and emailed to you within 24 hours.
CAN I FOLLOW ALONG?
Yes. We always enjoy having our customers join in on the inspection. Our main goal is to educate customers on how to operate and maintain their home. We use a simplified approach and always spend as much time as necessary to educate you.
